Canada Day – July 1, 2017

July 1, 2017 was a very busy Canada Day for the Kenora Scottish Pipes & Drums band. The celebration consisted of a parade along Kenora’s Main Street and then down Bernier Drive on the Harbourfront. The celebrations were held at noon on Saturday, with the kids “decorated bicycles” following directly behind the Band. At 2:00 p.m., the Band played at the historic Mather-Walls House in Keewatin for their annual Canada Day Strawberry Tea.
