Beaver Brae Secondary School Graduation – Kenora, Ontario – June 20, 2024

On Thursday evening – June 20, 2024, the Beaver Brae Secondary School Graduation Ceremony took place on the Kenora Harbourfront at the Jarnel Pavilion. The band marched the graduates, the teachers and faculty down Bernier Drive to the Pavilion playing the 4/4 standard Scotland the Brave, Rowan Tree and Wings. After a brief pause, the band then led the teachers and faculty through the Pavillion to the stage playing the standard 2/4 High Road to Gairloch and Mairi’s Wedding. The graduates then proceeded to the stage to the notes of “Pomp and Circumstances” played by two students. Former Kenora Scottish snare drummer, Liam Forster was one of the graduates this year.
