Annual General Meeting – November 18, 2024

The annual meeting of the whole membership is required to inform members of all activities (band, events, financial, etc.) for the fiscal year from September 1, 2023 to August 31, 2024. This is also a time to plan ideas, budget for the new fiscal year, and to elect a new executive for the upcoming 2024-2025 season.

The band held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, November 18, 2024. Start time was 7:00 pm followed by a short practice. The meeting started with the presentation of reports and then followed by elections and general business to discuss for the upcoming fiscal year.

The Executive and Non-Elected positions for the Band for the upcoming year will be as follows:
