O.P.P. Awards Ceremony – October 22, 2019

The band was contacted and asked if a piper could attend the North West Region’s OPP awards ceremony on October 22, 2019. Amanda Todoschuk was available to be there and piped in the Colour Party, OPP Commissioner Thomas Carrique, and many honoured guests. The Colour Party was piped out after everyone was seated. It was a luncheon ceremony that was held at the Clarion Inn, in Kenora and approximately 100 guests were in attendance. The ceremony was to honour officers’ exemplary performance of duty, years of service, Commissioner’s citations with St. John’s Ambulance for lifesaving and other awards.
