Jayson Morrison Memorial Cystic Fibrosis Walk – May 26, 2019

The performance at the Jayson Morrison Memorial CF Walk which was held on Sunday, May 26th, 2019 at Anicinabe Park, Kenora, Ontario was scaled back this year. As it turned into another cold and stormy day again, our Kenora Scottish Pipe Major decided that since it was too cold for the bagpipes, the Band as a whole would not be able to provide a solid performance under those conditions, so it would be a solo gig. Warming up for under five minutes and then playing “Amazing Grace” and following this, the walkers were sent off on their walk to a 4/4 March. The organizers extended their tremendous appreciation to the Kenora Scottish Pipes & Drums for the many years of support.
